How does Marlowe recruit candidates?
The majority of our candidates come to us from trusted resources, like clients and others in our professional networks. We also actively reach out to professionals in the industry, recruit at local colleges and on various local job posting sites.
What is Marlowe's Screening process?
All of our professionals go through a rigorous interview and screening process, which includes criminal record checks, driving record checks, up-to-date CPR & First-Aid certification, and professional reference checks.
What positions do you staff for?
Marlowe is happy to work with those looking for nannies, housekeepers, family assistants, personal assistants, chefs, property and estate managers and more. If you’re not sure exactly what role you need to hire for, contact us.
How much can we expect to pay for Marlowe's services?
A breakdown of our pricing can be found here. But in general, our rates begin at $35 per hour for full service staffing. For full time placements, you can expect to pay around $5,500.
Do you support nanny shares?
We do not currently support nanny shares, but we are happy to recommend resources for your nanny share.
